Fixed a threading issue with filters that made certain multithreaded operations crash occasionally. Most noticable in Halo/COPs, due to its highly threaded nature.

The HOUDINI_HIDE_MI, HOUDINI_HIDE_RI, and HOUDINI_HIDE_VM environment variables are now respected again. This is accomplished by splitting the OPlibShop.otl file into three separate OTL files, one for each class of SHOP. Then in $HH/OPlibraries, each OTL file is only loaded if the corresponding environment variable is not set.
