Added selectors to Operator Type Properties. OTLs can now have selectors binded to them. The user defined selector scripts can access the selector inputs using the variables $argc which represents the number of inputs, and $arg0, $arg1, ..., $arg($argc-1) which represent each of the inputs.

The Sticky Object now has an appropriate handle, the Sticky Handle. This allows interactive movement along the axes and rotation of the sticky's space about the normal.

Added a "Save to .preset File..." menu item to the Preset menu. This allows a preset to be saved to any arbitrary file. Presets saved this way do not automatically appear in the Presets menu. It is also possible to save .preset files or load them with the new oppresetsavefile and oppresetloadfile commands.
