Ray intersections with polygons with greater than four sides will now generate u/v values which can be used in primuv() style computations. Specifically, this means that shift-clicking to change the sticky position will work.

Added selectors to Operator Type Properties. OTLs can now have selectors binded to them. The user defined selector scripts can access the selector inputs using the variables $argc which represents the number of inputs, and $arg0, $arg1, ..., $arg($argc-1) which represent each of the inputs.
