Added the ability to multi-select items in a number of UI components. Specifically, the Type Properties Parameters and Handles pages now allow multi-selection. The Input Editor, Output Name Editor, Edit Contents dialog, and the VOPNET parameter order editor all allow multiple selections as well. Multi-selected groups of items can be moved by drag'n'drop or the up arrow buttons, or can be deleted with a single operation.

Added a menu toggle option to some handles that allows them to be always aligned to the world axes. The initial setting is determined from the preference dialog Settings > Main Preferences... under the handle options. When "Default Handle Alignment to World" is turned on, the handles will align themselves to the world axes and will stay that way. Otherwise, the handles will be aligned to object (as they were so far).

The alignment of the handle can be changed any time from the handle menu (right click on the handle) by toggling "Handle Aligned to World".
