Fixed bug in File COP that could cause Halo to crash when using proxy files that have a different bit depth than the main file. We now issue a warning telling the user that this functionality is not supported.

A bug was fixed with hserver when mantra was remote rendering using the -H option. It is highly recommended that users who use the -H option on mantra should upgrade to the latest version of hserver (regardless of the version of Houdini they are using). When accepting a change to the parameters for a custom operator type, all parameter dialogs for that operator type would close the "Presets" stowbar. Now that stowbar remains open.
