Fixed a crash that could occur when deleting a VOP network and all the instances of the SHOP type defined by that VOP network. This could also happen when doing a File->New or File->Open with a file containing VOP networks and SHOPs already open in the Houdini session.

Fixed a bug where OTL saving was failing on IRIX. The problem is actually a bug with the IRIX ostrstream class. In dynamic mode it has a maximum size, set, suprisingly enough by the reallocation size. I've bumped this size to 5M from the old 8K, and added a new environment variable HOUDINI_IRIX_OSTRSTREAM_MAX_SIZE to allow increasing this even further.
