In "follow the curve" solver, implemented the orientation of the bones to the curve normals. If the curve has no normals, old orientation of the bone is used. NB: Path tool gives a good control over curve normals because it also encodes angular twist along the curve (path). However, normals of the standard curves (i.e., created as a part of geometry) can also be used for bone orienting.
