Houdini Main Changelogs

6.1.63

The Inflate SOP has been added. This SOP will make room for a volume by moving the surrounding points. In ideal conditions, it does so in a volume preserving manner. For example, if an ellipsoid is placed under a skin, the skin will be moved to account for the volume and shape of the ellipsoid.

It is possible that on NT one was able to avoid running makeheaders due to a fortuitous match between the build machine and your machine. However, as the header files shipped were not the same as those generated by makeheaders, other problems would arise.

Now, the default headers shipped contain only: #error You must run makeheaders.
