6.1.56

Fixed a problem with SHOPs that defined shaders for both mantra and RenderMan. The RednerMan shader name would be output incorrectly. This has been fixed. Also, it is now possible to edit the name of the shader to use without changing the name of the operator type by setting the Shader field in the Type Properties dialog.

Deleting an operator definition stored in an OTL would never let definitions from index files take over. Instead, an empty definition would be placed in the Embedded OTL. Now if there is a definition available from an index file, we use it instead of creating the empty definition.
