6.1.48

The Pose tool now only has two modes: Object-Specific and Global Transform. When in the Object-Specific mode, it will give the object-specific handle for all excepts except for bones which get the Pose handle. There is also a new hotkey to switch between the two modes quickly which changes the handle type immediately on the current selection.

6.1.47

There was a very low level bug in filtering uncovered. With the bug fixed, all filtering throughout Houdini (Halo and Mantra as well) will be affected for all filters except point and box. Images which are filtered typically be "sharper" now. With large blurs, the effect will be quite noticable.

A side effect of the fix is that most filters are more continuous. In mathematical terms, the filters should have C2 continuity. This will be most noticable in texturing used for reflection maps (especially when displacement texturing).

There is an environment control (HOUDINI6_FILTER_COMPATIBILITY) which disables the bug fix for the sole purpose of compatibility with earlier versions of Houdini. Use of this variable is discouraged.
