Fixed channel referencing problems when asked to evaluate beyond the ends of a channel. When dragging and dropping parameters onto the Type Properties dialog to create new linked parameters, Houdini now does more checking to ensure that a valid link will be established. There is also now an option to disallow linking of parameters from outside the current subnet. Any parameters that cannot be linked present a warning dialog with an explanation of why the link was not established.

Added an Accept button to the popup node tree browser window available from the Type Properties dialog Parameters tab. Hitting this button behaves exactly as if the currently selected item in the tree were dropped onto the Parameters list.
