Added an option to the Type Properties dialog and the otwrite command which specifies that new instances of the operator type should be created in an editable state, as if the "Allow Editing of Contents" option was chosen from the popup menu of each new node.

Fixed a bug where undoing a connection in a vopnet defining a COP operator would not properly recook the operator. This required the removal of a hidden "cookserial" parameter from every COP, and so you can now expect to see warnings when loading old hip files.
