Fixed a possible problem when performing a number of changes to an OTL in quick succession (such as using an hscript loop to add files to an operator type definition using otcontentadd). If the time stamp of the OTL was not changed by subsequent operations, the OTL could become corrupted, or not operate properly until Houdini was restarted.

Editing a standard Houdini operator type using the Type Properties dialog would not cause the operator dialog to update properly. The original dialog file would have to be removed to force an update. This problem is now fixed.
