The RMB menu for Parameter VOPs now has an option to jump to the VOP that actually defines the parameter (if the Parameter VOP is just a duplicate definition of a Parameter VOP elsewhere in the network). Also added menu items to create either Constant or Parameter VOPs and connect them to all unconnected inputs for the VOP.

When doing "Create SHOP Type..." from a VOP Network, if you choose to create a SHOP with the same name as the VOP Network, we now properly rename the operator type defined by the VOP Network. Previsouly there would be two operator types with the same name defined, which could lead to errors when rendering.

It is now possible to do "Create New VOP Type From..." on the VEX Gallery SHOPs. The required include files have been moved to the vex/include directory.
