Fixed a bug where deleting children of restricted node types in hselect would not be allowed. For example, deleting a CHOP inside a CHOP Network other than /chop would not work. Deleting the entire CHOP Network would appear to work, but the CHOP would not be deleted from memory creating a very large memory leak.
