Fixed a bug where deleting an operator definition from the Embedded OTL in the Operator Type Manager would not update the contents properly. Previously it would appear as if the definition had not been deleted.

Fixed problem with the constant() expression function not being correctly flagged as being time dependent. This makes it now possible to create a channel with two constant() keys and have its operator correctly recook when time changes.
