Fixed potential bloat problem in CHOPs if "Edit Data Channels..." was used to lock a chop. Previously, when you unlocked a CHOP that was locked in this fashion, the data was not released and would save along with the hip file.

The OpenGL representation of light sources should now be more accurate. Attenuation of light sources should be reflected in the viewport. As well, if the light doesn't contribute to specular or diffuse, this should also be reflected in the OpenGL rendering of the viewport.
