The Transform and Scale COPs now support collapsable transform operations. If they are chained together, the transform is accumulated at the last node and applied there. Other COPs such as Composite and Layer, which have transforms on inputs, allow those transforms to be collapsed with any immediately previous Scale or Transform COPs (though they are not collapsable themselves).
