The Fetch Object now uses the Dynamic Path gadget to select its source rather than the popup menus. This allows the easy use of relative paths.

Fixed the window positioning code on Linux so it not only contrains the window size to your desktop resolution, but also ensures that it is positioned entirely on the screen. This was most obvious in mplay when adapting the window size to an image larger than the desktop.
