Added rulers to the 2D view of mplay and Halo's image viewer. By default, they are off. Pressing 'Ctrl+r' or clicking the Rulers button on the Display bar (right of the viewer) will toggle them on or off.

More than one displayed COP appears as a tab list at the bottom of the viewer, which you can use to switch quickly between displayed COPs. To switch between single view and split views, use the 't' hotkey (or Toggle Viewport Zoom button at the top-right of the view).
