Reorganized the top menu bar and changed the names of some of the menu entries. The bar menus are: File, Edit, Settings, Tools, Windows, Desktops, Help.

Edit is all about undos and redos.

Settings contains the global setting dialogs and the settings local to the current Houdini session. Global settings are those that typically go under $HOME/houdiniX.X. This menu features the first instance of nested menus in Houdini!
