Background images work again in the open gl output driver. The image is obtained from the camera, and supports both an image file as well as cops2. The one thing to note is that the image file is loaded into the texture cache, and so may be limited in resolution. We scale the image later to the correct size, but this, of course, introduces blurring. To avoid this, ensure that the texture cache can support the image.

The parameter dialogs' Help button ('?') now uses the Middle and Right mouse buttons to access different help cards for the same operator. Left mouse button still returns the current help cards. Currently only the Compositor uses the extra buttons, which access help cards for operator families, like Generators, Pixel Operations and VEX.
