The -b option in mplay (to set single buffer mode) has been changed to -b [s|d] to select one or the other. The default is now single buffer in every profile except tools (which is the compositor profile).

They also save or load as soon as enter is pressed in the filename path, so be careful while you get used to it. Most mini-dialogs have also been converted where appropriate (ie: Save Geometry...)
