When generating .ifd, .rib, .mi etc. files, if a light's dimmer channel is set to 0, then the light will not be considered for rendering at all. This provides a mechanism for turning lights off temporarily without having to delete it (if using SHOP shaders).

As an aside, this will also disable shadow map generation from the light source and in effect, delete the light for the duration of the render script generation.

Fixed the fact that hidden selected vertices were drawn in all viewports. Fixed the fact that hidden selected edges were drawn in the UV viewports. Fixed the fact that vertex numbers and vertex UV were drawn for hidden vertices in the UV viewports.

Rendering to "ip" or "md" from the mentalray output driver is now more stable on fast machines. As well, multiple renders can be sent to the same mplay simultaneously (which was not possible before without possible corruption of the mplay images).
