mplay is no longer started by hserver. This eliminates a lot of bugs with the user environment of the mplay which was started by hserver. mplay now uses a file lock which can be found in $HOME/houdini$VER/.mplay_lock.

If front and back faces are both turned off in the Extrude SOP, it no longer leaves ghost points. This will change the point counts in succeeding operations. There is no workaround to this.

EdgeCusp with no group specified will now cusp all the primitives by uniquing all points. This is consistent with other SOPs which apply to all when no group is present.
