The file menu's entries are now displayed with compacted directory names (e.g. $HOME/myhip.hip), and they are numbered, to comply with standard. Saved files now get added to the list as well.

Bug fix: when "select from other objects" is turned off, pressing 'a' to select everything or 't' to toggle the selection will no longer select from other objects.
