Adding a select state. This state allows you to pre-select geometry before you've decided the operation to perform. Once you select the operation (eg. via the tab key) the operation will act on the pre-selected geometry. By default, the select state is the favourite state and is accessible via the 's' key.

Fast Interactive COP cooking support for interactive editting with handles. COPs now res down when handles are dragged, and cook at the normal (or user-specified) res when the handle is released. This is completely transparent to the user other than the temporary degradation of the image quality (which can be specified).

Frame scoping has been had to many COPs, allowing them to work on single frames or multiple subranges. Regular plane scoping has been made easier to use in the common case by adding the RGBA buttons.
