It is now possible (using pomattach commands) to attach more than one operator to a single handle. The operators can be of different types, and even of totally unrelated types. For example, an xform handle can have its tx parameter attached to the blur parameter of a blur COP (not even COP2 necessarily). This also required changing the rules for determining of a particular persistent manipulator appears in a given viewer. If all three mask flags (parent, child, and sibling) are turned on, the manipulator will be displayed no matter which operators it is attached to, as long as the viewer supports that manipulator type (e.g. 3D handles in 3D viewports, 2D handles in the COP2 viewport, etc.)

Adding pomls command. This command produces a simple list of all persistent manipulators, or manipulator groups. By specifying the name of a manipulator or group, it will list either the contents of the group, or the operators attached to the manipulator.
