Furthermore, the ^ is defined in the HOUDINI_DSO_PATH to be the "os_proc" string, and now defaults to: @/dso_^;@/dso This means one can put NT specific dsos in $HSITE/houdini4.9/dso_nt_intel and Irix ones in $HSITE/houdini4.9/dso_irix_mips. As usual, "hconfig -ap" will explain what ^ will expand to on the machine it is run from. |
