Fixed an issue with the RBD Car Follow Path SOP where wheels would keep moving when the vehicle was stopped and springs were enabled. Fixed an issue where the animated steering would jitter when the vehicle wheels might be positioned ahead of the next frames depending on terrain geography. Added support for reversing the vehicle along the curve. Improved dynamic reversing.
