Added several additional parameters to hou.SopNode.generateInputGroupMenu(). The component selection and name attribute values can now be excluded from the menu, sorting can be case-insensitive, and a custom pattern of group names can be provided.

Any USD primitive (not jsut Xforms) can now be marked instanceable by the Configure Primitives LOP, Duplicate LOP, and other LOPs that can make prims instanceable. this is in keeping with the rules of USD. Hydra still doesn't allow Gprims to be marked instanceable, so LOPs will issue a warning when setting a Gprim as instanceable (but not an error as was done before).

Fixed a crash in Measure 2.0 when the measured quantity was set to "principal curvature" on points with vector/direction output type while the input geometry contained or consisted of open polygons. The returned vector is now discrete usual curvature vector of the curve.
