Fixed HOM binary string support in the Python 3 build. This affects HOM functions that accept binary data arguments and functions that return binary data arguments (i.e. hou.convertClipData()).

RBD Connected Faces and RBD Disconnected Faces have a new option to use a primitive face name attribute to ensure the correct faces are being looked up even when primitive indices have changed after unpacking or merging geometry. RBD Disconnected Faces now takes an optional group to only operate on a subset of the geometry. RBD Disconnected Faces accuracy has been improved in Vertex mode.
