The RPC API has been changed to take work item id instead of work item name to identify work items. This is to match the internal API where passing the name has been deprecated. The pdgcmd module has accordingly been changed, as well as pdg.PyScheduler and all subclasses and helper classes. User code which explictly passes the item_name argument will have to be modified to pass the id instead (or not at all, since it's usually optional). In addition custom schedulers will have to update their RPC handler overrides to use the id instead of the name. For example, workItemStartCook.
