Added an option to partition sorting that causes work items that are marked as required dependencies to be sorted to the beginning of the partition. If multiple work items are required, they are sorted using the regular sorting options.

Fixed issues in the Bullet solver where there could be slight differences in the resulting collision shape when a collision shape was recomputed on a later frame. This could occur when resuming a cached simulation, and also affected the guide geometry (convex hulls could appear to have changing topology from frame to frame). These changes may produce minor differences in simulation results.
