A new fluid tool: Seed Vorticles. This sets up vorticle geometry with a bunch of vorticles scattered through the bounding box of the fluid. Likewise, the fluid and smoke solver now will process any vorticle geometry that is present.

The default flame material has its cutoffs 1/10th its previous values to reflect the change to the burn field from the divergence field. This means the default flame once again renders the flame front.
