Added POP_ContextData::getExpressionData() to obtain the context data with respect to which expression functions are to be evaluated. This hook is necessary to allow the HDK to create expression functions for POPs.

The UT_Matrix, UT_Vector, UT_SparseMatrix, and UT_Permutation functions initZero() have been changed to just zero(). This avoids any confusion about these functions initializing memory (as they do not)
