Several changes to the parameter browser in the Operator Type Properties dialog. It now nests parameters within folders and maintains the true parameter order instead of alphabetically sorting. This makes it possible to drag an individual folder onto the parameters page of the dialog.

Fix bug where dragging parameters with channel references onto the Operator Type Properties dialog could end up using wrong parameters to initialize the join and label usage flags and to update disable strings.
