Added a new SOP - SOP_MetaGroups. This SOP allows users to easily define meta expressions of a certain form. Meta expressions are then used to determine how to merge metaballs (functionality added in r81460). In particular, this SOP allows users to easily define expressions of the form max(sum(...), sum(...), ...), where the arguments to the sum expressions are groups specified in the SOP.
