Houdini Main Changelogs
6.0.173 | TIFF files generated by Houdini will now be oriented so the first scanline data is at the top of the image. This will not affect Houdini applications (with the exception of possibly using slightly more RAM in some tools). However, TIFF images generated by Houdini will now be read correctly into applications like PhotoShop (which ignore the orientation tag in TIFF files). There is an environment variable (HOUDINI_TIFF_BOTTOMLEFT) which can force the previous behaviour. Please see hconfig for further information. |

6.0.172 | Added the Null SOP. This SOP acts a simple placeholder to make manintaing networks simpler. As it instances its incoming geometry rather than duplicating it, it provides a fast and memory efficient way to have an output node which is referred to by other networks. |
