A more complete Camera handle is now included. We support a new frustrum mode which allows the user to change the aperture or orthowidth of the camera. We also allow the user to enter a mode where everything that is not seen by the camera is rendered differently than things that are in the camera's view.

Mantra now traps signals HUP, INT, QUIT, ILL, TRAP, FPE, BUS and SEGV and will print out a diagnostic message indicating that the signal was caught. It then exits with an error code of 1 (indicating failure). If the houdini config variable HOUDINI_COREDUMP is set, then this signal trapping will not be done and core files will be created.

The list of channels for the "nextkey -c" command are no longer saved with hip files. We now always reset to using the scoped channels when loading files and creating a new file. This alleviates user confusion when the "nextkey -c" used at some point and then there was no documented way on how to reset back to using scoped channels.
