Any known issues with ATI FirePro range [V7800] & H11?

Im looking into purchasing a FirePro V7800 to use with H11. I'd like to hear back from anybody who is currently using these type of cards. Are they working ok with H11's OpenGL3 support? Are the latest drivers stable? Or perhaps an nVidia Quadro 2000 is the way to go. The only reason I prefer the FirePro is that u get a higher spec card for your dollar.

There was a recent reported issue with the 7750, which had selection lag issues:

I don't know if this would affect the 7800. ATI linux drivers aren't quite as stable as Nvidia drivers, last I checked (mid-2010).
If you were to buy a Quadro instead, you may consider a 4000 instead of a 2000, as it has twice the VRAM and does FP64 calculations much faster (1/2 the FP32 vs. 1/12). These would be a benefit if you were to do large, complex scenes.
