HI,

I hope you can help me …. I have a problem with missing icons … I installed Houdini 11.085 … but although it starts well it has no Icons !!

Somebody suggested that changing the permissions on the preferences folder will sort it out, however I can't find the preferences folder, I remember previous installation created a houdini11 folder in my home area, but I seem to be missing this , and I guess, there it is where the preferences are …..

Can anyone help ??

HI Actually I sorted it out …

by making the preferences dir read and write, the icons are back….

the path to it is ( on a Mac):

/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/houdini/11.0

I made the houdini and 11.0 directories read and write.
