Hey guys,

Here is my recent project i have been working on for the past 3.5 weeks.
Everything is finished in HoudiniHD, includes modeling and texturing(The plane model was partially build in 3DMax for my previous project) https://vimeo.com/16888923 [vimeo.com]
The fluid sim was done by flip, and pop solver for splash.
Rendered with PBR and composted with Nuke.

Here is the final render http://vimeo.com/40493944 [vimeo.com] (not HD)

Hope you like it

Thanks

In Flip sim, the totally number of particles was 1.5M at the beginning.

“is the whole ocean flip or is it tricked” here is the link, you will see it http://vimeo.com/40493944 [vimeo.com]

Thanks man

Yes, This is cessna caravan on float, but it's an older model which doesn't have additional vertical stabilizer on the tail.

Nice work you got there!

It has been a while since the last post inside this topic.. but I was just wondering.. what technique did you use for rendering the splash/foam?

Have you been using the uniform volume for this?

Well.. I meant more like what shader did you use for the particles?
Are they just rendered as Mantra points?
