As a alternative, you guys might want to take a look at cmiVFX “embers and Ash” tutorial. It has a very long and complete section covering all relevant topics regarding bullet , like bullet settings and parameters, glue-networks, fracturing techniques, etc. It is absolutely worth the money and may be a good addition to the sidefx stuff which will hopefully be available soon
