Hi!

I'm Camil from Spain, and yesterday doing a tutorial I had a problem.
My Render View size is not the same as my camera size.
Does anyone knows why?

I'm so worried because I cannot move on!!

Thank you for your replies

Convert non commercial to comercial?

If there was, crooks would be able to have their assets created with non-commercials and render it with a single commercial license for like 100 seats

In the old days, SESI would have an internal mechanism to do a one-time conversion for you when going from apprentice to a commercial license (not sure if they still do that). But that was limited to the time of purchase, not an ongoing service for obvious reasons.

I understand that but my point is the next one:

I have a profesional license but I cannot save a digital tutors file (hipnc) to a hip file.

That suposse that I have to stop doing my project?

Or maybe I have to redo it?

Thank you for your replies!

I think you'd better re-do it. When you first buy a commercial license you can get your non-commercial files converted once, and only once…

Cheers

Hi,
How can I do this opération ? I just switch from Apprentice HD version to Indie Version (since Apprentice HD seems to be discontinued) and my previous projects are convert to Free version… Thus limiting the output resolution to 720 pixels.
So I switch to a more expensive version ($99 to $199 a year, just for producing animation for my friends and family and to be able to play with a software I really love) and as a result, have less render possibility than I previously have for my ‘old’ project…
Any solution for that ?

Actually it seems like the conversion service is not up and running just yet, sorry about that…
It will though, hopefully, soon enough!

Hi Rafaels,
Thank you for your answer. But I still don't understand where I can find this conversion service.
Please note that I no longer have my Apprenti HD licence that stop on august the 26th.
Can you give me more information about the conversion process ?
Thank you very much for your help.
