edward I'm not sure why you would need sudo to start Houdini. Try this: - In a shell: sudo mv $HOME/houdini14.0 $HOME/houdini14.0.old - Reboot your computer - Try running from houdini NOT as sudo, but with LC_ALL=C
I have Ubuntu 14.04 LTS with AMD dual graphics. I am having display issue in Houdini. I think it might be due to graphics card. Attached the screen shot below. If anybody could suggest me something to fix this it will be really helpful.
