I am working on a shot with a boat wake and have found this nice solution

Now my goal is too achieve the same result, but I don´t know how to start.

I think the description about my problem was not good enough.
My goal is not to achieve a boat wake only with collision of the ship, I need more control with custom forces.
The grid is 400* 200 m
Method which are used in the video is exactly this, what I looking for.
But I don´t know how to setup such a custom force with the flip-solver.

You want to use Pumps.
Create some geometry however you want. Create a point attribute of type vector called “v” for velocity.
With your flip fluid already in place, go to the Populate Containers Shelf and with your geometry object with the sculpted velocity attributes selected, press the Pump Shelf tool and follow the prompts to select the geometry and the fluid container.
Now press play and you will see your velocity affect the flip fluid. You will have to tune the scale of the velocity in DOPs to suit.
See the attached hip file.
