I'm trying to figure a toon shader. The color part is easy but the outlines and edge lines I can't fathom how to do (without wren).
Most of the stuff I've tried from around the web focuses on combining the Wren renderer in a comp…
However this workflow doesn't seem very elegant.
Am I missing something maybe. Can you create such a shader in Houdini and what vops should I be looking at?
