Houdini 16 FX Renderman 21 L and E Illuminance Globals?

I have been trying to find an illuminance loop method for the newest version of prman, but nothing I've found in the risnet has the illuminance globals. I need L and E. I have tried a variety of methods, but all have been fruitless. Is there a node for writing my own shading script where I can call an illuminance loop? I built a working network in mantra material builder but now I need it in prman. Anyone know how I can get these variables?
