how to solve "IOError: [Errno 9] Bad file descriptor" and "WARNING: Cannot create"

I install Houdini free recently.
I have use Houdini before and didn't have any problem

but now
when I open Houdini the Houdini console dialog


and also when I creat object

WARNING: Cannot create CUsers/usename/Documents/houdini16.5/config/Dialogs/16.5.473/DM/hudslider.dialog.ui. (No such file or directory)

how can I solve it
